Foxtrot Siliguri

Had such a lovely evening at Foxtrot, Siliguri. The food was absolutely delicious, but what made the experience truly special was the warmth and hospitality of the team. I was there with my international guests, and they couldn’t stop appreciating the taste and quality — from the starters to the desserts, every dish was simply wonderful. Thank you to the Foxtrot team for making us feel so welcome and for giving us such a memorable dining experience. We will definitely be back. Karan and team-keep it up!

Food Review | Foxtrot Visited Foxtrot for lunch on a date, and it turned into one of those rare afternoons where everything fell into place effortlessly. The food was comforting, well-balanced, and thoughtfully prepared. No unnecessary theatrics, just solid flavors and portions that felt right. It set an easy rhythm for conversation, which honestly matters more than fancy plating. A very special mention to Sharon Roy, who took exceptional care of us throughout. Warm, attentive, and intuitive without being intrusive. Her service made us feel genuinely welcomed and relaxed, the kind of hospitality that quietly elevates the entire experience and stays with you. Credit is also due to the owner, Karan Bajla, whose vision clearly reflects in the atmosphere and standards of the place. Foxtrot feels thoughtfully run, calm, and intentional, a space where good food, good people, and good energy come together naturally. As lunch eased into evening, the sunset arrived like a perfectly timed final note. Soft light, unhurried moments, and conversations that didn’t want to end. The date went amazing, and the setting played its part beautifully. Foxtrot didn’t just serve us a meal, it hosted a moment. Between the food, the service, the leadership behind it, and that sunset, it’s a place worth returning to without hesitation:) Special mention to Mr. Karan Bajla for making the experience memorable.....:)
